Make brushing teeth a habit
Once a habit is formed, it is hard to lose. So, it is best to make it a habit for your kid to brush twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Show where to brush, how long and how strong to brush and which toothpaste to use. Forming habits for kids is easier when it’s fun, so make up a song, a dance, or a game in which they address each part of the mouth. You’ll see this helps tremendously.
