Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet goes hand in hand with minimal sugar and sweets. Rather than giving in to the nagging of your kids about the newest sweet or fruit drink, feed them real fruit and unprocessed whole foods. Make sure there’s a variety of vegetables, fruits, and meat in your toddler’s diet to prevent the sugars corroding the tooth enamel and leading to cavities and aches.
